Blog in Bed: Eight!

Yay! Blog in Bed Eight! Eight is my favourite lucky number so this is going to be a great blog in bed! 


So what happened today? Well, I got a after school detention for tomorrow after school? Why may you ask? Because I was wearing nail polish. How crazy is that. So girls that have fake acrylic or gel nails are allowed to have them but I had a No7 cream nail polish on and I get told off. Tell me that that isn't fair. I know it's not. All the other girls that got told off for having nail polish had painted there nails in bright hot pink. Tell me THAT isn't fair. 


Did everyone enjoy the pretty little liars yesterday. I watched it online as I don't live in America. It was one of the best episodes. I love Caleb or Ezra but I have a feeling Ezra could or have something to do with A. Which put me off him a bit but then again I could be wrong. But I love Caleb and Toby. Favourite couple has to be Hanna and Caleb. Toby and Spencer is a very very close second. I couldn't tell you my favourite liar. If you told me I had to choose I would have to go for....all of them. I like them all in different ways. 


Nothing else happened today. It rained a lot. Which is bad for me as when I'm walking home from the school bus I get wet. And the bottom of my trousers gets covered in mud. And my socks get really dirty. Which is a shame as I was wearing really soft Calvin Klein socks today.

Blog in Bed: Seven! And why I have been away!

Long time, No write. It has been 8 days since I last done a post which is unacceptable. I got confused with my posts. I had no idea what posts I was doing so I gave up. So now I am back on track. Look out for a blog in bed every day now. And added random posts that have been happening. 


So what has happened today? I was in the piano room today in my school with my 2 friends and it was a blast! I loved it so much. It was so much fun. I love going in the piano room at lunch. It's hilarious! I'm planning on taking piano lessons next term so it will be another 8 weeks until I can take proper lessons but for now my Friend is teaching me. I'll keep you updating on new things that I learn. 


Oh, and technically I am not really in bed. Well, I am but not going to sleep. I am waiting for my jelly to set. 


Nothing really exciting has happened today. I am going on a school trip this week which is exciting. Haven't been on a school trip for absolutely ages!


Right now I am listening to One Direction More than this, cross legged on my bed, about to get my jelly (Strawberry by the way) and watch H20: Just add water. Still getting over that the show has finished. My favourite show next to Pretty Little Liars and Secret life of the American Teenager. Best shows ever by the way if you haven't watched them. I recommend all of them but start from the beginning or you will get confused. 


Who else is upset about SOPA? I am. I loved megavideo that was how I watched american television shows. I guess I will have to find something else to watch them on. Life without Pretty Little Liars? I don't think so.


I have just ordered a new toothbrush. Having braces for 3 months on the 27th January, I thought it was a good idea to get an electric toothbrush. Right now I have a manual one I got from the dentist and I don't like it. I have been using it since I got braces so it's time for a new one. Its the Oral B Triumph 5000. It looks goods, lets hope it's good. It's suppose to come this week. I'll talk about it when I get it, tell you my thoughts. 


Well, this post is very long! Got to go get my jelly, watch H20, brush teeth and get to bed.

SORRY and Blog in Bed: Six!

I am so sorry that I missed my 10 favourite things that happened this week post. But I will be doing that tomorrow with my blog in bed and whatever post is on my timetable. 


My dinner today went good, My Mum and sister loved it. My brother didn't have any as he wasn't hungry. Not to be cocky or anything, the lamb just melted in your mouth. It was delicious! I served it with rice. Then the dessert that my Sister made was amazing! The icing on that thing was like chocolate heaven! 


So basically, I was just making that all day! The table was set as gold and brown. With candles of course. It was great. We never really eat up the table, only when my Nan comes round, so it was like a special occasion. Except Elliott's friend that lives near us was round. That was a bummer. He gets on my nerves so much! But he's sweet. 


That's what happened today. Me and my Mum went for a walk/run! It was fun and I really hope we get to do it tomorrow. Also, a new pet shop has opened in our neighbourhood so tomorrow I am going to see if they have cheap cat litter!

Blog in Bed: Five!

Don't read this thinking it is going to be really exciting. It's a Saturday. Well, it was a Saturday, it's technically Sunday. It's 55 past midnight. Saturday's are really boring. Mum is at work, so me and my Sister are at home basically sleeping all day. Fun. So, I have nothing really to talk about EXCEPT for my special dinner tomorrow. 


As you know from another post I did a couple days a go, I am having a special dinner tomorrow with my family, that me and my Sister are cooking. For the main course I am doing Lamb Tagine. And for the dessert, my sister is doing Chocolate cake! Everything is ready for tomorrow. The chocolate cake has already been cooked and ready as we are serving it cold. The Lamb Tagine is all ready and prepared for tomorrow. The recipe I am using is:

The only thing I am differently to the recipe is 
1.)I am leaving the lamb to marinate in the spices overnight that I done today. 
2.) I am not adding the apricots and raisins as nobody in my family likes them.

I am going to start cooking the Lamb Tagine at about 1.00pm and it will slow cook until 4:00pm. I am hoping that we can eat just before the sun sets. The sun is suppose to start going down at about 20 past 4. 


I want to do the table all nice but I am still looking at Google Images for inspiration!

Blog in Bed: Four!

This is my fourth blog in bed! This is going to be really quick as it is 1  a clock in the morning and my laptop is about to fall off my bed. 


Nothing really happened today that was interesting. Except my Cat Lily was laying on my lap while I was on my laptop for about 2 and a half hours. Even when my legs went dead and I picked her up and moved her into my Sisters bed, she still didn't wake up! Poor cat! 


I am officially going to France this summer which is so exciting. Cannot wait for that. Hoping for sun, sun, sun! 


That's basically it for today. If I think of anything that I forgot it will go in my Sunday week blog.

TGIF!

Thank goodness it's Friday! Even though this week has gone ridiculously quick I'm still thankful it's Friday!


I just finished watching EastEnders, well it's got 10 minutes left but it got quite boring. I am so late doing this blog It's unbelievable. This blog is going to be about what I am making this Sunday for my dinner. 


On Sunday I am making my Mum, Sister and Brother a 2 course dinner, I am making a main course and a dessert. For my Main Course I am making Lamb Tagine with my new Tagine my Nan got me for Christmas. And for Dessert I am making Chocolate truffle cake without alcohol. It is going to be so much fun to make it, I can not wait! 


That is my TGIF. I will tell you what I did today in my blog in bed. Which I'm still thinking of a name for!

Blog in Bed: Three!

It is the time for a blog in bed. This is my third one that I have done and I am loving them so far! What happened today then?


I cooked today in school. I made crème brulee and meringues. The meringues tasted so good! I love meringues, they are in my top 5 favourite desserts. I did make mistakes in this one. Like I added some sugar to the egg whites instead of the egg yolks. You may be thinking that I was suppose to add sugar to the egg whites. But I added some sugar before I whisked them! Thank goodness that they whisked to stiff peaks!


Nothing really happened today that was interesting. My science class moved rooms. If you find that interesting. ooh, I am going to France in the summer with my French class which is going to be super excited. 


For dinner today I had Chicago town cheese pizza's with oven fries. That was delicious. Thanks Mum! x 


Today was really boring. 1 more day until my cats can have cat milk again! I gave it to my cats yesterday. Because one of my cats gets ill with cystitis very easily with changes in her diet and routine. We had to wait a couple days after giving some to them until we could give them more in case she got ill. Read more about my Cats in my first Animalness post I posted yesterday. 


Better go to the sleep now, It is 43 past ten. Night everyone!

Blog in Bed: Two!

Let's face it. I'm not in bed. But I am nearly, I got so attached to this film I'm watching, I couldn't stop. And it's not over yet. So, I thought why I was watching the film "The time travellers wife", I thought I would write this blog as I didn't want to skip one. 


OK, on to the blog. Today I had parents evening. It went so well! 2 of the teachers said they wanted to clone me as I was there best student and that I was perfect! 1 of them said I am working at a much higher grade than I should be. Another said she has nothing bad to say about me. And the other 2 teachers said I am write on track to getting my A's. Which is Fantastic. I always LOVE parents evening. I don't know why but I feel like I have nothing to worry about. I'm not naughty in class or anything, so I love it. Even though my friends hate parents evening. 


Another new thing today that happened was we started giving our cats cat milk again. We used to give it to them but stopped for a reason I can't remember at this moment. Just to let you know they loved the cat milk! If you want to see a picture of my cats see my previous post as I put up pictures and information. If you want updates on my cats then Great as I do animalness blogs every Wednesday. 


Better go now, Time to stop this film and watch it in the morning, brush my teeth and get into bed.

Animalness!

Today, according to my new schedule is the day to do a Animal blog! I love animals so I wanted to include a blog about them once a week. So the name of these blogs are going to be Animalness! I thought it was a fun name!


Today's animal blog is going to be about my animals I have. So when I mention them in future Animalness blogs, you know who I'm talking about and what they look like. 


My Pets mean loads to me! I can't describe it to you. Pets to me mean Family. 


I have 3 cats. 2 of the cats live with me and my other 1 lives with my Dad. The Cats that live with me are Family Cats and the 1 that lives with my Dad is just mine. 


The 2 cats that live with me are 5 years old. They turn 6 on April 2nd. Though that birthday was estimated by the Vet so it is not 100% when they was born. They are sisters even though they look Nothing like each other! The first one is a grey tabby cat named Gracie. She is my baby, she follows me everywhere! She has a "Illness", If you want to call it that. She gets cystitis every so often. Cystitis is inflammation of the bladder and crystals forming around the bladder.

My second cat (Gracie's sister) is called Lily. She is a tortoiseshell short haired cat. (So is Gracie). Her nose has a orange stripe down it which makes her very unique and distinctive. 

This is Lily. Don't Panic!, She only wears her fairy wings on Tuesdays! ;)

My other cat that lives with my Dad is turning 1 on February 1st 2012. She is a new kitten. My Dad's Cat was pregnant and I got to keep 1 of the kittens. This kitten was the one that learnt to walk first and was very fond of me. So this was the cat that we kept. Her name is Oreo. After the biscuits. She is a black Persian cat! Unfortunately I don't have a updated picture. But these are some pictures of the kittens and of Oreo when she was about 4 weeks old.

That's all my pets! 3 cats! Let's not forget my Hamster Theodore, who sadly died last year. We don't know the exact cause but it was guessed to be because of the heat we had this past summer just gone. xx

Also let's not forget my Nan and Grandad's dog named Bonnie. She sadly died early last year Of health problems. xx

Blog in Bed: One!

So it is 22:14,(nearly quarter past ten). Time for my Blog in Bed. As you guessed it, I am laying in bed on my laptop writing this right now. I'm trying to think of what I have done today that is interesting. I am officially going to France this year as I am doing French as a GCSE. I am so excited! 


Today, I have also printed off a photo of one of my cats to put on my bedside table. My other cat has to wait until tomorrow. As I didn't have time to do my other cat. There names are Lily and Gracie. They are gorgeous! There sisters and are 5 years old. (Six on April 2nd!) 


I was really happy today because I finally learnt how to play the start of Someone like You by Adele on Piano. My friend is teaching me! I am so excited to learn all of it! Video coming soon on You tube! 


So that's it for today. Not very interesting day but I may remember something tomorrow!

My birthday is nearly over!

So, I officially only have about 1 hour and 5 minutes till my birthday is over. I am literally crying! I love birthdays so much and I can't believe mine is nearly over! 

I had the best day ever today! I had so much fun at the Christening and at my Nan's house. I had lots of fun in the morning in my house with my family. I would like to say Thank you for all my family's presents and cards. I can not tell you how Lucky I am to have such a great family! My Mum is the best! She got me the Hot Chocolate maker and she also got me a Panini maker. If you don't know already, I am obsessed with toasted sandwiches, Panini's and all that good stuff! 

 

A picture of me in my Outfit and things will come tomorrow as I haven't had time to put them on my laptop. Right now I am in my bed watching outnumbered again. Same episodes as last night. Got to go to sleep now.

MY BIRTHDAY!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!! Today is my 14th Birthday! It's 1.18am in the morning and  I can't get to sleep. It's like a second Christmas really! In the morning I am going to a christening and as I promised I will post a picture of what I ended up going in. Outfit, Nails, Make-up and Hair! 


So tomorrow I just plan on going to the Christening then lounging around with my family. And not forgetting my birthday cupcakes! This is what they look like. I haven't ate one yet as I am not aloud to until the morning when I'm opening my presents. 

They look amazing! I love them! So thanks Mum!! 

I also want to tell you all about a website called inkpop. Inkpop is a website where you upload all your novels, poems and short stories and people will read it and review it for you. It's also a great way to share you passion for writing with other writers. I love writing. I used to really look forward to writing exams in school (Call me crazy!)

Birthday Cupcakes!

I know! Another post about my Birthday, but I'm Just so Excited! This post is going to be a exciting one because it's all about Birthday Cakes!


As my Brother and both Sister's birthdays are ALL in the same week as each others, I always want to go one step further on my Birthday. My Birthday is the last Birthday and I always want to make a lasting impression. 


So for this Birthday coming out this weekend, I didn't want a common Birthday Cake. I would like to have BIRTHDAY CUPCAKES!!


When I heard of this Idea on Google, I thought that it was I would like instead of a Birthday Cake. The good news is, to get a box of Birthday Cupcakes is about the same price range as buying a birthday cake. So it won't cost you any extra!

My Birthday coming up!

Sorry for posting yet another post today. You must be bored already! But I'm sitting here on my laptop watching Eastenders on TV bored so I thought that I would write one. 


So my Birthday is coming up this weekend and I have asked for 1 thing. A coffee maker! Not that I drink Coffee as such but this particular coffee maker I asked for makes many kinds of hot drinks. Including Hot Chocolate! It is called the Podpronto in England and Aldi Expressi in other countries. Crossing my fingers! 


Every year my Birthday always gets better and better. For the past few years it has been snowing on my birthday meaning we couldn't go out anywhere far. So we normally stay at home and play out in the snow. But this year is different. No snow in the forecast! 


What do you normally do on your birthday? And what is your favourite birthday memory?

Christening outfit!

So I am going to a Christening this Saturday and I am so excited. I had lots of trouble finding a nice appropriate outfit to wear. I am going to show you what I'm wearing at a very affordable price!


I knew that I wanted to buy a dress to wear as I am not really a suit formal person(What is that?!). I spent ages looking for a dress so if you are having trouble, I know the feeling!).

It's only £26.99 which is cheap for such a good looking dress. I fell in LOVE with this dress when I saw it and knew straight away that this is exactly what I was looking for all along. It's feminine and light coloured. 

For shoes I already had a pair of Wedges that I wore to a previous Christening. This is the best picture I could get of them. These shoes were from George at Asda but bare in mind I purchased them a few months ago. You can practically wear any shoes you feel comfortable in for a christening. Just make sure there not MEGA high heels. 

For my hair I am planning on waving it with my Babyliss Wave Envy (To buy see Curries, Argos, Asda, Boots, Etc). And then putting it up in a messy bun. Such as this hairstyle.. 

For Make-up I am NOT planning on going all out with a dark smokey eye. I'm going for more of a light neutral eye. Like this picture seen below. I'm using random drug store brands.

So basically that is my whole look. For Jewellery I will be wearing a basic silver bracelet and a simple silver heart necklace that I got from New look months ago. 

So that is my whole outfit. I will show you a picture of me wearing this after the Christening for you so you can see the final product.

So as my new years resolution I decided to create a Blog all about fashion and beauty. So here it is! 

The name is really beautiful but can be quite confusing on what it means (Unless your Italian, which I am not!). As I said the name is Italian and it means "So kiss me". 

This Blog will be updated regularly on all thing fashion and beauty. Posts can be every day, every other day. It depends, but I can guarantee there will be at least 4 posts a week.
